Yes, this is another reason that it is not impossible to change the Senate or abolish it; or even have a Senate with unequal suffrage for the several states.

You know Hegel puts jurisprudence in the same category as mathematics with respect to a process of formal logic.

ooopps. forgot to ask about this:

which would mean that charles is right. it is possible to change the constitution, but technically it requires each state to consent. not likely, but charles is still right.
