	I've heard of a secessionist movement in California (for

	CA north of San Francisco), so maybe there.

It comes up from time to time, but California doesn't have the
paperwork to back it up like Texas does.  The best thing I've heard
of is to split Calironia into three pieces (from north to south):
Log Land, Fog Land, and Smog Land.
