Deaths on Kosovo

There was a report on the CBC last night, featuring the former UN
commander in Bosnia Lewis Mackenzie, saying  that there are probably
less than 500 dead *altogether* in Kosovo. But, alas, John Polanyi
professor at Uof T, Nobel Peace Prize winner and supporter of the Nato
bombing campaign says that does not change any of the motives for the
war.
