And I should add that he spends a good bit of his life as an organizer for the Labor Party, which involves lots of agitational writing and talking to community groups and union locals. You may think the LP is a doomed effort - I don't; I spend some time working for it myself - but Adolph's life is hardly one of academic leisure.
