It's _not_ an anomaly to be white and poor. The majority of the poor in America are white, because whites make up the majority of Americans. "Moral failure" doesn't cause poverty. That's why the term "white trash" is a spurious category. Leftists shouldn't use the term, and we should challenge those who think that there is such a category of people.
