Yes, indeed. and if EVERY citizen is armed and  in the militia, who
decides about whom to shoot?   How do leaders, policies, strategies and
targets get chosen? How do we  armed citizens get our orders? And why
should we follow them? Or do we just get to make up our own minds and
kill whomever we like, on an individual basis...  sort of like the
system we have now?
