According to BLS projections <http://stats.bls.gov/news.release/ecopro.table5.htm>, 34% of the jobs created between 1996 and 2006 will require a college degree or higher; 3.8% a Master's or more. In 1996, about 22% of all jobs required a bachelors or greater; 3.1% a Master's or more.
