Some would, some wouldn't. Some are racists and some are anti-racists. Some, like Alex Cockburn's friend Larry Pratt, think the U.S. Consitution is the word of god. Some really believe that there should be no unit of government higher than the county. These movements include lots of different kinds of people, from Nazis to near-anarchists. A lot of it derives from an American political tradition that Europeans, and Americans schooled in European political philosophy, find strange and almost incomprehensible.
