What is the "lower" level of the theory ?  This is theory but it is also the high level of general empirical validity of the theory.  But beyond that, this theory if supposed to make sense of what otherwise is a crazy and chaotic series of events. History was rendered other than the latter by Marxism.

This has nothing to do with Goddesses and God.

I said nothing either way on this. I merely said that resources and
surplus value, either or both, weren't very relevant to discussing
the Yugoslav war, and that the conviction that either was relevant
was an instance of what I call dogmatism, the conviction that the
higher levels of theory *must* be relevant to everything.
