This is all fine and dandy until you're in the middle of some organizing drive and the boss decides it's time to make things uncomfortable for her or his employees and polarizes the workforce. Then you're often stuck trying having conversations about the union like I did today -- through the mail slot of a locked front door. Sheesh!!!
