A Labor Day question---
I've been getting questions about the acronym LLC. What is an LLC?
Being a layman(no pun intended), from what I can read an LLC is a limited liability company. The LLC is a relatively new form of corporate shield that has tax pass thru benefits and adds another layer of opaqueness to corporate transactions while further shielding the corporations or parties involved.
