That Kissinger picture reminds me of a great quote Alexander Cockburn dug up out of a long out of print Rebecca West novel. It was in the course of captioning Sidney Blumenthal (he of the Christopher Hitchens flap) in _Washington Babylon_, the book he wrote with Ken Silverstein:
