Well, I must say, this does stand out from all the other peripheral details. Anyone in a position to shed any light on 'Death Education'?

The other stuff is easily parodied, but from the outside it does look like American society has a developed youth death cult. Isn't beyond the bounds of reason to suggest that there is indeed something morbid in American culture? -- Jim heartfield
