Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical

Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical is another one of those deals where the
Steelworkers had a long term good working relationship with a
corporation.  New corporate ownership comes in and decades of peaceful &
profitable co-existence are gone.

The public enemy in this one is a guy named Charles Huriwitz.  His m.o.
is very similar to Marc Reich a/k/a Rich another aluminum company ceo
who was finally aprehended while a fugitive in Switzerland.  Possibly,
you recall the unpleasantness at Ravenswood, WV some years ago.
Huriwitz is also tied in through his Maxxm Corporation to some very
questionable deals in the Pacific northwest.
