Top 100 Corporate Criminals of the 1990's

I'm interested in the numbers that *aren't* reported here, since their report is just those who have pled guilty or no contest and where a fine was imposed. The typical report I always hear on the news is: "...and the corporation admits no wrong-doing." Does anyone know of a study on the rest of this iceberg, not just the tip (shown below with a text-style chart)?
