Below is my contribution to the process.  Those of you with other strategies, please come forward. malik stan reaves "I saw a commercial today revealing that CBS Evening News has chosen the first day of what is universally celebrated as Black History Month to air an expose on slavery in Africa.  Not having seen the report yet I am not discounting the veracity of the report.  Those of us familiar with African society are awre of this lingering and unfortunate anachronism.
