<P><FONT SIZE=2>Not in jeder-fuer-sich NYC, kiddo. Actually, the greatest recklessness shown by vehicle operators hereabouts is, regrettably, that displayed by bicycle riders toward pedestrians. I guess I can't fault bike users, though, since they have to focus most on motor traffic and bad pavement. There was an attempt 20 years or so ago to make NYC less hazardous for bike users by creating special traffic lanes for bikes; it came to nothing, and the lanes were removed.</FONT></P>
