Various friends of mine in the Information Underground have run electron-scans on this mysterious underground swelling beneath the tarmac of the HCM City airport with a slightly modified Nikon stepper. Apparently, the vibrations of deep sea oil drilling caused a giant prehistoric export-platform lizard to migrate to the surface, where it was recently spotted dining on noodle soup and buying tourist trinkets with 1950s-era yen. Party officials are a bit worried about this, but specialists in Lizard Lore flown in from Toho say not to worry, this is just Nature's way of periodically correcting inflated asset values on the Tokyo real estate market. Plus, the noodle business is booming. One, two, many lizards!
