Death Penalty

This past week George Will had a column reporting
on and sympathizing with doubts about capital
punishment, on grounds of the errancy of the
criminal justice system in determining guilt.

Today Pat Robertson is reported in the Post as
calling for a moratorium on the DP on 'mercy'
grounds.  Apparently a number of states are
considering moratoria.
