This golf ball happens to live near me, but I've been fortunate never to run into him. Saying somebody wasn't there because you couldn't find him/her is about the stupidest thing one could imagine.
I've said the cops had the whole area barricaded. there wasn't much to be done without a lot more troops a lot more organized and militant.
