Then it wouldn't be "juche" - it'd be a commitment to interdependence, not self-reliance. Hang together or hang separately, as someone said.

CB: How about the "juche" expanded transnationally, an internationalist/regional juche, that is regionally self-reliant. Workers of the region unite, as someone would have updated the strategy.
