That's a pretty weird exercise. This thread seems to me about that ancient controversy, whether bourgeois democracy is a sham or not. For all its flaws, I'm on the non-sham side, and our resident Leninists seem to be on the sham side. CB: Lenin's positiion on bourgeois democracy is that it is a partial sham or limited. If Leninists didn't recognize this, their analysis of fascism would be illogical, as it is seen as a temporary dispensing of bourgeois limited freedoms to cope with the crisis of and thwart the actualization of the proletarian revolution.

On the current thread, the point is that the limitations or partial sham of bourgeois democracy means that the bourgeois propagandistic claims to being the "Free World" in contrast with the socialist countries is false.
