3:55: Arrest are being made at 13th and Locust. One officer told an 
IMC journalist to "take a walk."

3:53: The Clown Block is gathering a crowd at 16th and Springgarden, 
preparing to move through the city.

3:47: At the Ministry of Puppetganda (41st and Haverford), a banner 
was dropped announcing "Puppetering isn't a crime! Free the Haverford 
70!" Police are on the roof of the building, shining spotlights and 
pointing cameras at the space. The first wave of police were not 
wearing their badges. The 70 people inside are unable to leave, and 
have begun chanting "Why! Why! Why!" Witnesses estimate that there 
are 60 police on the scene.At Puppetganda, police have a signed 
warrent and are breaking down the door.

3:46: Anarchist Soccer blocks Broad and Spruce. A PVC lockdown and a 
banner declaring "Human need, not corporate greed!" has completely 
stopped traffic. Police are moving in.

3:45: At 14th and Arch, 10 people from the Brown Collective are 
blocking the street and have been surrounded by 30 officers.

3:35: From center city, reports that police are tailing anyone who 
looks like a protestor, especially individuals wearing black and 
carrying literature. At least six arrests have been made in the 
downtown area.

3:25: At Puppetganda, a banner was dropped announcing "Puppetering isn't
a crime! Free the Haverford 70!" Police are on the roof of the building,

3:00: While police arrived at the Puppetganda space with a warrant, at
this time it is unsigned by a judge. They are awaiting a judge's
signature before they can enter the premises

2:30: Police raid the Ministry of Puppetganda space on 41st and
Haverford. A puppetmaker inside the building was peppersprayed through
the mailslot, and one arrest has been made. Authorities have moved two
buses to the location.
