Actually, the most pro-union phone company is SBC (Southwestern Bell, Pac Bell and other assorted local areas) which is increasingly moving into long distance. Why the Bell descendant based out of Texas is the most pro-union of the telephone offspring of AT&T is still not clear to me, but they are without question the most friendly to unions of any of the telephone companies.
