Laying Bets: W Will Win

[Michael Perelman]

One factor in the coming election is immediate.  FAIR reported a study on their
radio show indicating that the television network mostly reported about George
Bush in a positive light and Al Gore in a negative light.  The differences were
extraordinarily high.
