personally, i happen to think that someone in the gore campaign instigated this. this kind of stuff, if played right and pounced all over by the media is absolutely bound to reinvoke all the seething anger at the repugs. they'll vote for the dumbocrats just coz they can't stand the whole mess and aren't that keen on gush anyway.
