Clinton screws federal workers

>From personal experience, being a Federal Employee (from the hated Corps of 
Engineers no less!)  I can tell you we have been screwed now for my entire 
20-year career.  Clinton's hurt more since he signed the law that promoted 
parity with private sector.  However, as we like to say in the Federal Govt., 

 It is better that the pay freeze that Reagan gave us in 1984, after which, 
49% of Federal Employees voted for him.  We deserve to be screwed.
