What does it mean to be a citizen of a criminal nation like the United States in the year 2000? A state whose power and policies cast a pall over the existence of 6 billion people?

I believe, Citoyen Cox, the meaning and course are clear.

The Supreme Court of the United States, in the written opinion of Justices Scalia, Kennedy, O'Connor, Thomas, and Chief Justice Renquist have in today's order, denied the will of the People as expressed in a national majority popular vote, and have therefore exercised an arbitrary abuse of their juridical power.

The consequence of that abusive power has deprived the majority of the People of their consent by nullifying their vote, and in so doing the Court has acted to dissolved the consent of the majority to be governed.

Upon dissolution of consent to be governed, the dissolution of the Social Contract by action of government, then the action and recourse of the People must take the form of altering or abolishing that government, and beginning to institute new Government, laying its foundations on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their future Social safety and Economic security.

Signed,
