I guess it takes an anarchist to point out the obvious thing: nobody alive today had any input into the damn document.

That's not to say that there are some good ideas in it, just that direct democracy means that *every* person has immediate input into the political decisions that affect their lives.

Voting for a rich white guy every 4 years just doesn't cut it. I think more people understand that now.

President Bush will at least provide some comic relief. All the dot-com webmasters are getting laid off, but at least the editorial cartoonists are facing 4 years of secure employment.
