Your logic is impeccable but leads to an untenable
endpoint:  the male working class (ages 45-60, approx)
is a criminal class by the law you cite.

Is our political position that x million U.S. vets
must be prosecuted for war crimes?  If not, what
portion of the prosecution of Nazis was inappropriate?

Victor's justice sure does simplify things.
