Murray's problem with eugenics is only with government intrusion, not
eugencics itself.  This doesn't change my argument, but it was a very stupid
mistake.  Somehow I didn't notice that I still hadn't read the end of his
piece when I started in on my reply.  Sorry about the confusion.  I'm still
trying to get used to this format.
