She was accepting an award from the Industrial
Relations Research Assn (IR profs) at the AEA
meetings.  The speech itself was nothing special,
it was more her dynamism that impressed me. Lots
of brass.

We've been working w/Chris Benner, it's true.
I believe we did a report on Silicon V. w/him.

I'm impressed too, as I am by the work of her fellow-traveling 
researcher Chris Benner, who's been doing lots of stuff on the 
structure of the SilVal labor force. They're doing some work in 
partnership with EPI, right?
