The really interesting thing about this response is the first word, "no." In other words, no consensus is necessary on the what my crimes are before I'm tried, convicted and, presumably, sent to the gulag.

As to what I'm being "unscrupulous and unprincipled" about, I think I will respond to Chip's less hysterical posting which covers the same ground.
