FYI, it's legal in Washington for women to go bare-chested in public. The Lesbian Avengers take advantage of this all the time. The funniest incident was when they went topless during the Promise Keepers rally and a bunch of men asked the cops to arrest the lesbians, which they refused to do. Of course, the sight of these topless women certainly got the PKers busy with their cameras, to "document" the work of Satan for their congregations back home.
