In a little switch of acronyms the China-WTO deal is now being called China PNTR. The PNTR standing for Permanent Normalized Trade Relations. That's cute, huh?

WTO and MFN getting negative public opinion responses--so--switch acronyms.

I wonder who the unknown genius is who came up with this change?
