Europe gets pissy over Koch-Weser

I think the Europeans should nominate Mervyn King. He's witty. He 
quotes from "Notting Hill" in his speeches. And he praises the three 
contributions of America to world civilization: "hot showers, central 
heating, and breakfast meetings..."
