I wasn't been expecting or looking, but I've encountered two likely y2k problems.
Books returned to the local public library are recorded as still being out (& overdue) today. In the absense of anything better to do, librarians are renewing everything.
A single bulb of garlic was given the outrageous weight of exactly 0.500kg by the supermarket checkout. I can't imagine why this is date related, but nevertheless it happened.
