Regret if my last on this thread was offensive to Justin, whom I don't know
& certainly wish not to offend. It's just that when I went on board at Wolf
Popper (a leading player in plaintiff securities litigation) in 1983 I
had a long conversation with Bill Kunstler, in which his view - which in
the course of some years of not unremunative experience I came to share -
of the social utility of class action securites litigation was pretty much
that expressed by Jordan ("meta-game"). So apologies.
