As for data on terms of trade decline, see Debraj Ray, Development Economics and Hans Singer's contribution to the Economic Development, ed. Milgate For data on capital flight, see the work of James Boyce who I think has provided the most careful estimates (I have seen articles on flight from various countries in different journals, but have not tracked them down; nor do I think all the different analyses are collected in any one place) As for debt payments, I am sure Patrick Bond has some good aggregate data. On transfer pricing, I still have not looked at the work of Roger Tang.
I haven't put this altogether yet, so not been able to provide you with a good answer to your query about the actual size of the net resource transfer from the third world. That's why I have been putting off an answer to your questions/challenges which I have appreciated.
