Good question, and I even agree with the argument that voting for a Dem is 
co-optation, or legitimation of them, etc.  In the past, Ive voted anyway, 
primarily b/c of abortion (assuming the race is somewhat close).  If Nader 
or some other fringe is on the ballot here, then I'd go that way.   But 
like teaching those intro to film or lit classes, I always feel the need to 
shower right afterwards.
