mycomputer.com provides free hosted message boards, I set one up for gwbush.com in about 5 minutes and it's working great. There must be other such services as well.
I love to follow lbo-talk but it filled up my email box, and it's hard to follow threads. On a message board the threads are organized and easy to follow and reply to.
