Of course not! It rests on a unanimous contract between rational and
reasonable beings deliberating in an ideal speech situation behind a
veil of ignorance!
Though the tree is poisoned, its fruit is pretty tasty... at least,
pretty tasty relative to the fruit of the other, more-badly poisoned
trees out there...
