Am I reading those tables correctly for the 1993 and 1994 period? It
seems that at that time dissatisfaction reached over 70%. That is
fantastic.

Looking at it in a purely and naively empiricist way, one could say that
nothing soothes the savage beast at the heart of the u.s. working class
than a democrat in the white house and republican control of Congress,
combined with a good clean genocidal zero-casualty war.
