One answer: you're being impatient. They've got a long-term strategy of building membership first. Another answer: they're based in union movement that won't cut its ties with the Dems. So they get the endorsement of a few small unions, but the big ones won't sign on. So far, though, the AFL-CIO has done nothing to hurt the LP, which it could, if it wanted to.
