When did thank-you notes become the byword for archaic obsolescence? Hell, I'm with Brad, the whole of civilisation is going "the way of knee-hugger bell bottoms" ([c] Rob Schaap). My one heroic contribution to resisting this tide will be, Horatio-like, to switch my subscription to a non-swept email a/c.
