he's let unemployment get so low, a point he's made more clearly in

It may be AG's crowd is  running scared because IT workers, with their
fractured attention spans are firm jumping like superballs leaving a
shitload of business plans wreathing on conference room tables yet their
skills are neatly tucked away in their cortex'; at least in that sector "the
real subsumption" of labor seems to be in eclipse, for now.
