It's particularly obnoxious that Nathan rallies around Barney Frank and Maxine Waters while they appropriate money for a SAP fund used to force poor countries to make cuts in social spending and labor regulation that those same Democrats WOULD NEVER ACCEPT FOR THEIR OWN CONSTITUENTS.
