Unfortunately this article was short on specifics and evidence taken from the field. If I were to present it to a group of anarchists, it would be easy for them to dismiss it since abstraction demands construal, and construal can generally be adapted to the convenience of the construer. Or even worse, they could nod in agreement and then do nothing about the problem.
By contrast the "Gaineville Pink Paper", a feminist pamphlet famous long ago, had as I recall as list of specific acts and utterances which usually implemented the domination embodied in sexism and racism (such as allowing some people to be wallflowered at meetings). I thought it was very useful. Sadly, my copy was appropriated also long ago; I wonder if any of you have ever seen one.
