Wojtek goes overboard in his Europhile tendencies sometimes I'm afraid. I suspect that if there were knowledge about this guy's case in Europe but no movement to get him a new trial in the US, we'd be hearing about how backward Americans are for not opposing the death penalty...either way, can't win...There was a big movement in the 50's, not big enough, but big at least, to save the lives of the Rosenbergs, now there's a funny name, eh?
