CNN on Graham

One point about Graham left out of the discussion.  The criminal justice
sweeps up a huge number of people who have done nothing wrong, offers them
probabtion if they agree to plea bargain, then the slightest infraction
makes them a "criminal," screwing up much of their lives and increasing
the probability they they will take criminal actions.

One problem with focussing on Mumia/Graham as individuals, is that it
leaves the system as a whole out of the picture.  I don't think that too
many of us fall into that trap, but it is something to be avoided.
